• Review for accuracy all data collected through Bankruptcy Client Intake Forms (see below for links to forms, as well as guide for instructions)
• Compile a list of questions to help the debtor(s) provide additional detailed information not provided when they first filled out the Client Intake Forms
• Contact Debtor directly on your behalf to gather the needed information
• Perform necessary research for all motor vehicles
• Perform necessary research regarding criminal records that may exist in debtor(s) name in county of residence
• Return draft of the bankruptcy petition to you for review
• Return Attorney Summary sheet detailing any potential problems or questions for your review regarding the case
• Make any changed necessary to the petition as per your instructions
• Return completed bankruptcy petition to you
• Mail a copy of the completed bankruptcy petition to the debtor(s) by priority mail
• Monitor the case on PACER if requested by you (additional fee)
• Attend 341 Meeting and assist as needed
• Maintain confidential debtor files at location specified by you
• Provide a digital back-up if you so request
• Other related administrative services as needed and appropriate based on our agreement with you
